May 17: Organist and composer Carson Cooman (Cambridge, MA) performs recent works by composers from four nations: Karen Beaumont (US), Philippos Tsalahouris (Greece), Carlotta Ferrari (Italy) and Thomas Åberg (Sweden). May 24: New York City organist John A. Wolfe performs chorale preludes of 17th century composer Dietrich Buxtehude, including his five-movement setting of Te Deum laudamus. May 31: The organ and oboe duo Reeds and Keys--Matthew Dion and Anne Pinkerton (Houston)--presents music of Edward Elgar (England), Francesco Geminiani (Italy), Joseph Rheinberger and Hermann Schroeder (Germany), David Ashley White (US), and Jean Langlais (France). |

Chapel at the Bishop Gadsden Episcopal Retirement Community in Charleston, SC. The symphonic Schoenstein Op. 179 was installed in 2020, and its 995 pipes will accompany the 4 strings of the violin!
